Matias Mariani, tenor: Argentine-American Matias Mariani is a rising lyric tenor known for his "fiery" and "engaging" singing and stage presence. Mariani made his debut performing the role of Tybalt in Dayton Opera’s production of Romeo et Juliette. Mariani finished that season performing a “vulnerable” and “vocally convincing” Don Jose in The Tragedy of Carmen. This summer he will be singing the role of Ernesto in Donizetti's Don Pasquale with the Green Mountain Opera Festival.
